We understand that budgets are lean, but we are prayerfully optimistic that the 2023 auction will be on your list for a donation in the new year. Our business donors receive valuable exposure before and after the event through pre-event promotions, auction web site listings and media announcements. During the auction itself, donors reach a target market of approximately 400 attendees and volunteers. This event has become one of St. Francois County’s premier social events, as well as one of the most successful fundraising events in the area.
We want your donation to help your business and to make you feel good at the same time. Please note that since the event is April 30th, if you are donating a service/certificate, please allow the expiration date of at least six months after the event. (Most certificates will list April 30, 2024 as the expiration date.)
Donations received by April 1, 2023 will be listed in the official auction program. Placement of donations in the Silent or Live Auction is at the sole discretion of the Auction Committee. Your donation may be combined with other donated items and auctioned as a “package”. Donations/forms received after April 1 will be included in an Addendum to the Program. If your donation is received after April 1 and is chosen for inclusion in the Live Auction, it will be added to the end of the list, in order of receipt.
Physical items can be dropped off at the school or we can arrange to have them picked up from you.
You will receive a tax receipt for your donation after the auction. St. Paul is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization as a subordinate of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. A copy of the IRS status letter can be viewed here (pdf). You may also view the IRS exemption letter specifically for the School (pdf).
Thank you for your support. Please feel free to contact any auction committee member for information.
