Auction Sponsors receive valuable advertising for their contributions. We offer seven levels of sponsorships to meet your needs and budget! Print the Sponsorship form, fill it out as completely as possible and return it to St. Paul along with your ad artwork, if applicable:
Sponsorships received by April 1, 2023 will be listed in the official auction program.
Sponsor Levels
Front Row
(Donation of $5,000+)- Includes a table for eight
- A full color sponsorship vinyl banner
- A full color, full page ad in the auction program booklet
- Ad will be featured on the auction website with a link to your website
- Ad will appear in the Live Auction PowerPoint and your business name will appear on the promotional items
Orchestra Level
(Donation of $2,500+)- Includes a Full Color, half page ad in the auction program booklet
- Includes a full color sponsorship vinyl banner
- Ad will be featured on the auction website with a link to your website and your business name will appear on the promotional items
Grand Tier
(Donation of $1,000+)- Includes a black and white Full Page ad in the auction program booklet and Includes a sponsorship vinyl banner
- Ad will be featured on the auction website with a link to your website and your business name will appear on the promotional items
Mezzanine
(Donation of $500+)- Includes a black and white Half Page ad in the auction program booklet
- Ad will be featured on the auction website with a link to your website
Gallery
(Donation of $250)- Includes a black and white quarter page ad in the auction program booklet
- Ad will be featured on the auction website with a link to your website
Balcony
(Donation of $100)- Includes your name and company listed in the program book and on the website with a link to your website
Table Sponsors
Two levels of Table Sponsors are available this year!
- $600 – Table for eight, your name on the centerpiece, in the auction program booklet and on the Auction website with a link to your website
- $300 – Two dinner tickets, your name on the centerpiece, in the auction program booklet and on the Auction website with a link to your website

You will receive a tax receipt for your donation after the auction. St. Paul is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization as a subordinate of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.
